The configuration will be saved in the /etc/lids/lids.conf file.
It will be made of declarations of the type
OPTION1=value OPTION2 = value
There could have spaces between the words. Any line whose first non-space character is a ``#'' will be ignored. The file is case-sensitive.
The file will begin with general configuration options, which will be followed by the rules about permissions and capabilities.
